UNILENE, has a needle plant, capable of producing all types and sizes of needles for sutures, made of stainless surgical steel, resistant, non rigid so it can be bend without breaking. The, selection of suture needle depends on the tissue where it should be used. Each needle has a tip, a body and a crimping area, where the suture is attached. The needle tip can be round (conical), in “trocar” (sharp), delta or blunt.
The steel used for needles is Stainless Steel 420, which is suitable for medical use; permanently our supplier sent us the analysis certificate of the raw material for each batch made, this to ensure that the finished product is traceable in all its processes.
